We want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all frames in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable as they are tailored to your specific needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Securely

  Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth into the original shipping box to ensure the frames are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
